QUETTA:(ASIA TODAY) Provincial Minister on Agriculture Engineer Zmarak Khan Achakzai stated hereon Monday that conducting of sports activities is to keep away the youth falling in evils and societal evils and healthy sports activities must be promoted.
While populating the grounds of sports, its aim is to eradicate the Zahi, Khaili, prejudice and other negative thinking. But, it was determined by the current provincial government to promote sports and prioritized it through carrying measures, he said.
Provincial Minister on Agriculture unveiled that sports stadium was included in upcoming fiscal PSDP budget in order to provide sports activities to youth of district Qillabadullah to stay them away from indulging in evil designs.
These views were stated by Zmarak Khan Achakzai while addressing to ceremony of Football Tournament Dera of Regional Awami Sports Committee wherein he appreciated the performance of Regional Sports Committee of Awami Group that by efforts people, conducting of Football Tournament in Killabdullah deserved of appreciation, adding that holding of Mega Unit in Qillabadullah is not less than any mammoth gift.
Provincial Minister on Agriculture Zmarak Khan Achakzai announced deep cooperation with regional committee of Sports of Awami Group where Chairman of Awami Group Matewullah was also present.
Matewullah and others also expressed their views that holding of sports on the eve of Eid is not less than any gift and it will enhanced the sports activities in staying the youth away falling in social and societal evils, adding that it wad determined to hold a football tournament in peaceful and health atmosphere at any condition but sports players must take care of time.
Matewullah was of the view that the entire sport is conducted for sports players where in chief guest Provincial Minister Zmarak Khan Achakzai assured out and out cooperation with regional sports committee in holding Football Tournament which, during Eid days, will not be less than any gift.
He said it was hoped that they (members of Regional sports) would conduct sports tournament not only for the promotion of sports but also for staying the youth away from falling in evil designs.
